Top Tip
You can decorate the witches’ hats with cobwebs or glitter foam stars.
How to Make
Step 1
Use the template to cut out the shapes from glitter card. Remember to cut around the triangular shape on the template.
Step 2
Draw around the triangular shape onto the paper plate and cut it out.
Step 3
Stick the ‘belt’ and buckle onto the hat.
Step 4
Punch a hole at the top of the hat. Repeat the steps to create multiple witch’s hats.
Step 5
Lastly, cut a length of ribbon and thread the witch’s hats onto the ribbon to finish the bunting.
