You could make this dragon in rainbow colours for a birthday party or in red and gold for Chinese new year or tailor it to the colours you like.
How to Make
Step 1
Print out the template and cut the pieces out or the selection of foam (you can use the eyes directly from the print out)
Take your a3 paper and cut two identical strips around 3 inches wide and thick these together to make one long strip this will become the headband.
Step 2
Stick the parts of your dragon together with strong glue.
Draw a mouth with a black permanent pen
Once the dragon is dry stick it onto the centre of the headband and again let dry.
Step 3
Measure your head by wrapping the band around and folding it where the ends overlap.
Cut off the excess and stick together and allow to dry.
