Top Tip
To make your bowl stand without rolling you can slightly push in the bottom of the bowl or glue a pipe cleaner in a circular shape on the bottom of the bowl.
How to Make
Step 1
Firstly, cut out squares of black tissue paper.
Then blow up a balloon.
Place the balloon in a bowl or container that will stabilise the balloon. Then use masking tape to tape it to the chosen container.
Step 2
Mix pva glue with water to create a thinner consistency. Begin painting a layer of the watered down pva glue on the balloon.
Begin sticking the black tissue paper to the balloon to create the bowl shape. Continue to glue and layer more tissue paper on top, do 3-5 layers.
Allow to dry overnight.
Then, pop the balloon, you may need to cut around the edge to make the bowl neater.
Step 3
Stick wiggle eyes on the front of the bowl.
Cut 4 pipe cleaners in half and then bend them to create spider leg shapes.
Poke 4 holes either side of the bowl and then poke the pipe cleaners through the holes and glue in place with super tacky glue.
Lastly, fill your spider bowl with your favourite Halloween themed treats.
